Cucina raffinata nel cuore di Tropea Un ristorante elegante e accogliente, perfetto per una cena romantica o una serata speciale. Piatti curatissimi sia nella presentazione che nei sapori: ho provato un risotto agli scampi da applausi e una tagliata di tonno davvero fresca e cotta alla perfezione. Ingredienti locali, sapori autentici e combinazioni ricercate. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: personale gentile, professionale e molto attento. Location suggestiva nel centro storico, con interni in pietra e atmosfera tranquilla. Prezzi in linea con la qualità offerta. Una delle migliori esperienze gastronomiche fatte a Tropea. Consigliatissimo!

Ristorante elegante, piatti di pesce ricercati, ottima qualità degli ingredienti. I prezzi sono buoni vista l'offerta: 15-20€ per i primi, 15-25€ per i secondi. Unico neo della mia serata il fatto che ci sia stato consigliato un antipasto fuori menù senza specificarci che costasse il doppio (40€) di quello inizialmente scelto (20€). Scoprilo al pagamento del conto non è stato molto simpatico.

Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante qualche sera fa. È situato in una pizzetta silenziosa e distaccata dal caos del viale principale, ma è comunque nel pieno centro storico di Tropea. I patti erano ricercati e cucinati con prodotti di qualità. Il sapore era comunque piuttosto delicato, non troppo intenso. Il servizio impeccabile, molto professionale e attento al dettaglio. Unico consiglio che possiamo dare è di aggiungere qualche ventilatore nell’area esterna perché abbiamo un po’ sofferto il caldo. Il prezzo è leggermente superiore ad altri ristoranti che abbiamo frequentato qui a Tropea.

Eccellenza assoluta a Tropea – Incipit è da non perdere! Durante il nostro soggiorno a Tropea abbiamo cenato da Incipit ed è stata un’esperienza semplicemente straordinaria. Il locale ha uno stile raffinato ma accogliente, con un’atmosfera intima e curata nei minimi dettagli. Abbiamo assaggiato i tonnarelli, un piatto che ci ha conquistati al primo boccone: pasta fatta in casa, perfettamente al dente, con un condimento equilibrato, saporito e originale. Un’esplosione di gusto che valorizza i sapori autentici della Calabria con un tocco creativo. Il servizio è impeccabile: lo staff è attento, gentile e sempre pronto a spiegare ogni piatto con passione e competenza. Si percepisce chiaramente l’amore per la cucina e l’attenzione per il cliente. Ottima anche la carta dei vini, con proposte locali selezionate con cura, perfette per accompagnare ogni portata. Incipit non è solo un ristorante, ma un’esperienza gastronomica di alto livello. Se siete a Tropea, è una tappa obbligata. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Qualità del cibo sempre al top, cortesia e location meravigliosa in centro a Tropea. Frittura spettacolare, tartare di tonno e tagliata di tonno meraviglioso . Chiudiamo con i dessert che ci hanno lasciato a bocca aperta. Posti all'esterno e all' interno ,molto caratteristico ed elegante. COMPLIMENTI

Abbiamo cenato in coppia nella settimana di ferragosto ed è stata un' esperienza ottima. Piatti di qualità, personale preparato e professionale. Dall' ingresso al ristorante al conto ci sente coccolati. Abbiamo ordinato due primi piatti di pesce e condiviso una frittura. Tutto fresco e gustoso. Apprezzati particolarmente i paccheri alla tropeana e merita di essere citata la maionese aromatizzata di accompagnamento alla frittura. Consigliamo i posti a sedere dentro!

Locale davvero curato e bellissimo. Cibo altrettanto curato e davvero tutto buonissimo. Personale gentile e competente e prezzi onesti. Davvero super consigliato perché è stato tutto perfetto dalla prima all’ultima portata.
